L’Oréal Paris Revitalift with Elastin Sample request
1. The sample offer is open to residents of the UK and Ireland only aged 18 and over, with the exception of L’Oréal employees, their immediate families or anyone connected with the promotion.
2. Consumers requesting a free sample must have Internet access to be eligible for the promotion.
3. No purchase is necessary.
4. Request for free sample is free. Only one request per person is permitted.
5. Entries will only be accepted on the official registration form on the L’Oreal Paris Revitalift website (www.lorealrevitalift.co.uk) or on the form on online advertising.
6. Incomplete, illegal, misdirected or late responses will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery. L’Oréal Paris takes no responsibility for responses delayed, incomplete or lost, whether due to technical reasons or otherwise.
7. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted.
8. 100,000 samples available. The first 85,000 entrants will each be sent in the post two (2) 1.5ml sachets of Revitalift Day cream. After this all further applicants will go into a prize draw closing on the 5th January 2009. On the 12th January 2009 the first 15,000 applicants chosen at random will each be sent in the post two (2) 1.5ml sachets of Revitalift Day cream. Then the promotion will cease.
9. Please allow 28 days for delivery. There are no substitute products or cash alternative. The promoter accepts no responsibility for samples that are sent to successful applicants but, for whatever reason, are not received.
10. Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. The Promoter reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions or cancel the sample offer at any stage in the event of circumstances arising beyond its reasonable control.
12. Entrants must read and accept the website terms and conditions and privacy statement to be eligible.
13. By requesting a free sample, entrants will be deemed to be bound by and have accepted these terms and conditions.
14. English Law applies and the English courts will have jurisdiction over any proceedings in connection with this promotion.
