Terms and conditions

  1. The prize draw is open to all UK and ROI residents aged 18 and over, with the exception of L'Oréal Paris employees, their immediate families or anyone connected with the promotion.
  2. No purchase is necessary.
  3. Entry to the draw is free. Only one entry per person. Entries will only be accepted via the L’Oreal Paris Hair Colourants website. Entrants must have internet access to be eligible for the prize draw as entries will only be accepted via this website.
  4. Incomplete, incorrect, illegal, illegible, misdirected or late entries will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. Responsibility cannot be accepted for lost, damaged or delayed entries, whether due to technical problems or otherwise.
  5. Entries must be received on or before 13 July 2008.
  6. The prize draw will take place on 17 July 2008. The Promoter reserves the right to revise this date and extend the period for accepting entries to the prize draw.
  7. The first entry drawn at random will receive: (i) a personal colour consultation and colouring session with Christophe Robin (ii) two night’s accommodation at the Four Seasons George V Hotel in Paris for two people staying in a twin or double room on a room only basis (iii) EITHER return Eurostar travel to Paris Gare du Nord from London St Pancras, Ebbsfleet or Ashford, OR return flights from London Heathrow to Paris including return private car transfer between the airport and the hotel (iv) £500 spending money (v) comprehensive travel insurance.
  8. The next 1000 entries drawn at random will receive one L’Oréal Paris hair colourant of their choice, to a maximum RRP of £12.99 or €19.99.
  9. All winners will be notified by mobile telephone (if number is supplied) or email by 21 July 2008.
  10. The prizes are as stated and there are no alternative prizes or cash substitutes.
  11. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  12. The winners agree to participate in publicity accompanying or resulting from the promotion. No additional compensation will be awarded for such promotional activities.
  13. If a prize is declined or if a winner forfeits the prize under these terms and conditions, then the Promoter may at its absolute discretion draw an alternative winner.
  14. The names of the winners will be available by sending a S.A.E. to L'Oréal Paris, 255 Hammersmith Road, London, W6 8AZ within 4 weeks of the draw date.
  15. The Promoter reserves the rights to vary these terms and conditions or cancel the prize draw at any stage in the event of circumstances arising beyond its reasonable control.
  16. Entrants must read and accept the website Terms and Conditions and Privacy Statement to be eligible for entry into the prize draw.
  17. By entering the prize draw, entrants will be deemed to be bound by and have accepted these terms and conditions.
  18. English law applies and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any proceedings in connection with this promotion.
